Define expensive, lol.
I like my ETS fmic and piping.  The only thing I had to do was cut a leg off the passenger fan shroud to make way for the piping.
I'm assuming that you don't want a huge intercooler either, because you will have overheating issues with them unless you go with a higher flowing fan(s) or an a racing radiator, or both.  Some cars get it some don't btw.
So, I'm suggesting an Extreme Turbo System fmic+piping

Expensive to me is $800. I know im probably going to end up getting the 7" one frome extreme intercoolers but i just want to explore my options. If i could find one for $400 or less that would be awesome.

You can always buy the core and make your own piping, that will keep the price way below $800 if your goal is to keep the price down.  The only downside to making the piping is if you get the same "lightweight" piping that are included in most kits, they will cost you time and money to shape them.  If you get exhaust piping, they are cheaper but are heavier than the aluminum piping.
Hell, my bov pipe (exhaust and stainless steel) is almost 3 times heavier than my ETS bov pipe and the ETS pipe is longer, lol.
I'm just saying bro

Can anyone tell what the cfm for the AC fan and the cooling fan are on a stock gs-t? Also what is a good range of cfm's to upgrade to?
