im wondering if you can Hook up...a stock 10 disk cd changer to aftermarket Radio (sony explod)  cause i wanna use it

** What is the model of your Sony Explode?  You may need to look at doing something else.

I believe that your going to run into a few problems: 
No CD RCA input jacks on your head unit, no output RCA jacks from your CD changer,  no CD controls on your headunit, you would also need a D/A converter for your CD signal that comes out of the CD changer . 
I have seen some Sony after market CD changers that will work with the Sony inilink receivers, however, I am not sure if your Sony Explode's head unit would have a matching Sony CD changer.

it has cd rca jacks on the back of my stereo.....is there any way to put rca cables on the stock cd changer

You would have to find a wiring diagram for the CD changer, but even if you did, there would still be no way to control the changer from the Sony head unit.
