Well, I got the door panel off and the speaker out. That darn wiring for the locks/windows was a pain though. I ended up just unscrewing the unit itself, the plug would not come out. Thanks alot for the help!

Lol, yeah, that thing is a PITA!  You could have turn the panel upsidedown, while using a flathead to pry the plug lock and once you unlocked it, you could let the panel drop to your feet (you will save it from getting marred).  This is your first time doing it, the next time or the driver's door won't be too bad.  You will have to get into that panel again for something and you'll know how to get to it then [;)]
