i was looking for the KYB struts... not to sure on which ones to go with tho.. the adjustable or the non-adjustable.  and probably the tein springs that lower it 2.2 in the front and 1.8 in the rear..

Did you order your springs yet? Tein springs are real good lowering springs. Coil over springs are best for all year round driving so you can raise the car up in the winter time if you have snow winters. But if you get coil over springs you have to get special struts. I have a galant with KYB struts and Tein springs 1.7 front and 1.3 rear and they ride nice.

I had the same struts and lowering springs i thought the megan was a rough ride though. Hey question i also have those 06 eclipse rims and i thought they were to big and i had a rubbing problem on my galant. What size tires did you have on them? I had them on my car when it wasnt lowered either.

I'm dropped 2" and I have 205/40's on them. I have no rubbing issues at all. Even when I had 215/45's on there I was ok. Did you have the 225/50's that come on them from the factory for the Eclipses?

Yes i did. I never changed them cause my car was lowered over the winter but it was less than  1/4 of a inch from rubbing. I was thinking of keeping them for winter rims but i didnt wanna buy new tires.

If you get coil overs your gonna have to buy special struts to. If you just get lowering springs you can use your regular struts. Only positive to coilovers is if you put your factory rims back on say in the winter time you can adjust them back to the stock height
