Its actually a black top S13 sr20. For some odd reason, someone just decided they liked the red valve cover better...The front of the head has these fin things that are one of the general marks of the black top. So the motor is even newer than the car it was in.  I would guess around 40k miles are on it.

I went to look at a couple more 510's today. One was too much work with 2 different kinds of fender flares, rust in trunk, rusted hood that wouldnt close, car wouldnt start(but turned over[no spark])
Then i looked at one with big box flares like the one in my sig, but it was too completed for me, needed paint, and there were too many little mods i didnt like that i would have to change.

But i just got an email a little bit ago, so i have another bite! I'll let you all know how that one goes down...

Oh yeah and heres an update of how my talon is doing in the hands of another guy,

Dont call it that. It was an aging..ageing...age-ing? dsm.  It had its problems just like all the others. After that turbo, i would expect nothing else to go wrong, considering all ive replaced on it....except i guess the tranny is getting old...and the transfer case...and the drive shaft...and the diff...and the---

that's nothing! the head guy of our local tuning shop "Show Zone" has a very nice STI, he was running his beautiful new gt30r on his baby and runnin it w/o any kind of intake or filter for whatever reason (he's really not normally that stupid, i promise) and sucked up a rock or something... that thing was F R I E D... waste of 1300 bucks!
