How did I go from the newbie status to the rolling start. Does it change over time or did I do something else.

it changes over time, it changes with th eamount of posts you have. and btw ?????????????? is not a topic, please state the topic with each thread. thanks.

Here is how they will change with posts
0-25 -------- Newbie
26-50 ------- Rolling Start
51-100 ------ 1st Gear member
101 - 250 ----2nd Gear member
251 - 500 ----3rd Gear member
501 - 1000 ---4th Gear member
1001+ --------5th Gear member
*then of course there are people that will special request from the Admin, or Assistant Admins to change ti to something else for them.
