man...i havent lifted in ages now. i used to be a powerlifter, specializing on the leg sled...but that picture was when i still played hockey, before i got hurt.

leg sled huh? what was your max? my up to date leg work out begins with leg press, usually ending with 9 plates on each side which is 810 plus whatever the actual machine weighs, and i'll do this for 8-10 reps.

me and some of my buddies
coury (got a 1g awd talon, known on the forums as anticrombie990), ryan (doesnt have a car), blake (covered up by the bottle, has an 03 mustang gt), mike (1g eclipse gs), me (you guys already know what i got), andrew (whos house we were at in this pic for his 18th bday which is why we all look drunk.. has an 01 eclipse gs) and dave takin the pic (has a 2g gst)
