Okay, I would say about 95% of the time, when I flip the turn signal lever, both turn signals blink.  yeah, BOTH!   The correct turn signal flashes normally, but the one that I didn't want to turn on flashes a little dimmer.  For instance, say I want to make a right turn, I flip the turn signal lever up and the right turn signl flashes normally, but the left one is also flashing, only a little dimmer (both the exterior light and the little green arrow inside are a little dimmer).  The same thing happens when I flip the lever down to turn left, the Left turn signal flashes normally, but the right turn signal is also flashing, albeit a little dimmer.  Sometimes they will work normally, but that's only like 5% of the time.  It's getting really annoying, what could it be?

it could be a wiring defect or some moisture damaged the wiring...either way its wiring that is damaged in some way take it to a shop and have them look at the wirng through out the car

So we all know that the supercharged engines need the intake bypass valve so they work in reverse. Otherwise the supercharger would just suck all the air out of the cylinder

This isn't a common problem and I don't have a schematic but maybe it's a flasher relay or your lighting relay?

Unless you have the schematic, it's almost futile to try to find it unless you know where to look for problems.  That said, bring it to a decent mechanic or the dealer.
