So I plan on buying a crap motor and rebuilding it for some fun to swap into my 02' Eclipse GT at a far later time :D, So my suggestion is for my V6 engine, what should I do to build her for some power internally so she can handle a good amount of boost. (I'm lookin to get the motor around 400-500 Horse but capable of doing more with a better turbo on her)

www.tearstone.com His built motors are insane for the 3G so far the v6 is the best performing v6s I have seen. youll MUCH lower compression pistons

I planned on buying the short block from tearstone, but what should I do with my heads and should I buy the performance intake manifold from there as well? with the expanded throttle body? Keep the ideas comin people, I have plenty of time to contemplate my actions (lack of money powers our dreams)

Good to see its come a long ways and pushing some good power these days dude the 3Gs are in DSM relm kind of these days. the 4G64 powered ones are tipping of in the 600HP range these days. of course lots and lots of $$$$ and still FWD but 600HP is insane. The Ripp kit usually does around 420ish with the stage III
