As a relatively happy owner  of the 2004 Endeavor, I have to ask...has anybody found a decent looking, well secured grille guard for the open area that accepts, stones, gravel and other flying debris right into the cooling coils below the "bumper" line?

i ACTUALL GOT IT FROM WORK   BUT MOST INDUSTRIAL METAL SUPPLIERS SHOULD HAVE IT   3/8 EXPANDED ETAL   IT CAN BE CUT WITH A DIE GRINDER AND WHEN YOU CUT IT THE PROPER SIZE YOU CAN SLIDE IT RIGHT IN TO THE OPENING  THEN ZIP TIE IT TO THE COOLER LINES OR DRILL SMALL HOLES IN THE BUMPER FAIRING AND ZIP TIE IT THERE LOOKS GOOD AND SAVES THE RAD FROM ROAD DEBRIS ASWELL

Thanks for the tip! I got a sheet of expanded metal from the local sheet metal shop and had it cut to 31"L  x 7"H.  It slipped right in with a little persuasion. I used the 1/2" size.(a little  more flexible). With that cut, it pretty much wedge itself in there  tight, but I still used cable (zip) tie to secure it somewhat. Now I gotta paint it , looks like a lil rust showing (who cares?, my radiator is protected).
