Alright I want you guys to tell me what you think of this. I'm gonna be getting a GST and was thinking about what I could have done to it and so on, then the idea of debadging it poped in my head. I was thinking get rid of all badges that show your T'd, I also want to get rid of the big rear spoiler and put a smaller probally RS or GS style one. I'm thinking with the upgrades I am planing I would be some where just below 300 Hp. I mean it would be great to smoke people and have them think "WHAT, that car dosen't have a turbo, what gives". What are your guys thoughts?

I'm always a fan of sleepers. I wouldn't worry about going too far, just keep it low key and build it up.

Some people want to make their cars stand out visually and I've come to accept that as their choice as long as they start with a decent car and do it right, but if it was up to me I'd build the engine to where I want it then maybe do some stuff to the exterior.

True that, but rest assured, my Rex won't stand out a bit, with the exception of the loud, non-fart cannon exhaust. 20B's are just lout by nature, but when ya turn 10k+ rpm's, most engines are anyways. Ever since my gdd (god damn deer) incident, my car has been dubbed "The White Stripes Mobile" by my friends and I, and I just might keep it looking like this: http://jtmann26.home.bresnan.net/images/tz_rex.jpg except replace the bent to hell fender. Then, on any given day someone pulls up next to me at a light, and starts to revving, I'll make em think twice about the 85 base model rx-7, lol.

I like your idea would how much would you sell the high spoiler for? And for making it under 300hp will be very easy, are you talking about hp at the crank or the wheels? with the stock turbo you can get it to like 260 whp so then just add around 30 hp so about 290hp.

That is pushing the T-25 to the limits. I have seen the 14b make 275AWHP, but that was waaay past its efficiency rating.

To the sleeper thing. The 95-96 have a low spoiler to the turbo models. If you just want to get rid of the high one because it will be "sleeper" I would keep it. Remember that you are only a sleeper 1 time. After that you are known. Atleast around my neck of the woods. My car is stock appearing besides the FMIC and aftermarket wheels, but I promise the sound of the exhaust making 300whp is NOT going to allow you to creep on most cars that know what is going on.

Yea, but you can creep up on the stupid kids that roll around in crappy cars who all have loud exhuasts. To them they don't look at it much unless it's got vinyl or a body kit or some junk like that. I don't really have much of a car culture up here, well done cars are a rarety where I live. I was just down in MD for thanksgiving on my way to WV, the cars are so much nicer down there then here in NH, lol.
