I'm researching owner loyalty programs and am curious to hear from Mitsubishi owners and figured what better place to find enthusiasts than at the forum. I would like to know how Mitsubishi  has communicated with you since you purchased your Mitsubishi  (either New or CPO). Did they send you emails, offers, etc;. What did they do to make you feel like a part of something once you bought your car. Was it enough, too much or just right? Let me know. All feedback is welcome and very appreciated. Thanks in advance.  :D

Who are you researching this for?

Yes Mitsubishi has communicted since I purchased the car and MMC has been rather helpful and informative.  There not bugging me when they send me what few emails of offers I get and phone calls have been polite.

What needs to change is at the dealership level.  Lets just say I am not happy when services tells me my car is abused just by looking at it and not even taking a look at the problem and just viewing my car through a window.  It is rather disappointing for me to hear the level of knowledge that dealerships have when it comes to the cars they sell.

That is what I would like to complain about.
