I am thinking of getting a cat back 2.5" system on my 99 gst. what Is a good brand an who has good deals on them? Also will a high flow cat effect the o2 sensor that is behind the cat.

last question how can I clean an o2 sensor?

i, tried a costum fit b-4...3' cat back w/ hks muffler ( gsx) i, spend almost 500.00 w/ the muffler and pipings. for the sensors (oxy) i, use unleaded gas to clean the tip and grooves. use a.p. brush to clean it, be careful not to damage the tip.

high flow wont damage your sensor, but it will get dirtier.

I hate to say it but check out ebay, always check prices though from a regular parts place before you buy anyting, cuase sometimes they seem like deals but really aren't.

You do not want to spend the money on an AXLE-Back.

There are places like RnR and VRS that sell quality stuff at fractions of the price as the HKS's and GReddy's of the world. There is a time and place to spend money for a name and the exhaust is NOT one of them.

VRS looks like a pretty nice company, I've been checking out their site. They make some nice stuff. I found a brand new HKS system, same size and fully stainless on ebay for like 120 buck cheaper than their catback and their price is without shipping. The list prices from most places for HKS and greddy and stuff are def way too high.

Steal-Bay is a hard place to beat. I have bought from there alot, but NOTHING over $500 is going to be paid to someone other than a certified company. Just a personal thing with me.

Anything under that and pretty reasonable thing to purchase is cool with me. I got most of my setup on there, other stuff through a friend.
