Probably rated right at 4300-5000k

They seem a little "more blue" then 4300k, but I'm not sure of the exact kelvin.

I beleive mine are 1.21 gigawatts...  at least that is what my manual says

and my Kelvin-o-meter is in the shop at the moment.

(actually I couldn't find anything, and a call to Burger King would have been just as helpful as the call to the dealer, "Huh, 4300K, They're HID?!")

Any luck on finding the degree? I would like to know what bulbs I have.
Has anyone looked on the actual bulb itself yet?

Anto - your bulbs are D2R at 4300k.  You can change out your bulbs for a higher spectrum like 6000k which will give you white light with tinge of blue with slightly less lumen output but probably not so noticeable to you.  The 4300k are pretty much OEM standard on all OEM factory installs they have the highest luminescence but are also have a slight yellow tinge.

Anyone replaced their single beam D2R xenons with bi-xenon telescopic?  You could then convert your high beam halogen to low wattage driving lights and convert your current driving lights to actual fog lamps with say an H11 single beam Xenon set up.

I'm exploring this route - I'll let you knw what I find out.

Purple is up around 10,000k - crap lumen output but they look funky.

Yea I pretty much figured that they would be 4300k. That is the stock color. Purple is illegal. I think anything over 6000 or 8000 not too sure.

So if I put 6000k in my stock 4300k HID's would I have to modify anythnig.  it wont fry the harness right
