Thanks to people here, the 2007 Outlander will be in this month's results. There will be an asterisk, though, for marginal sample size.

I'd like to get rid of that asterisk and include additional model years in future updates.

To help make this happen:

We''re currently three responses short of the minimum for a full result for the 2007 in August.

I think we''ll get there, but more participants would of course be better.

For other model years, including the 2008, we need more participants to even provide a result.

The biggest knock on the 07/08 outtie I''ve seen by the so called experts is cheap plastic used on interior.  Didn''t know there was a difference between cheap plastic and expensive plastic.  Maybe they would have felt better if Mitsu took out some standard features so they could glue fake wood or chrome veneer on the dash.  Also knocking the 4cyl ES on power is dumb.  I took mine on a 500 mile trip and had no problems holding speed at 65 mph on a long steep 6% grade.  You would think with gas prices over $4, they would get off the power kick.

If you can''t tell the difference, then don''t pay the difference :)

For me, that means $5 wine from Trader Joes!

On the reliability front, additional participants in the research are always helpful. The more we have, the more precise the result.
