Does the stock deck control the changer or do you have an FM modulated changer (seperate changer controls)?  I thought the factory changer was a 6 disc?

Oh, I'm not questioning the 10 disc as being stock.  I just thought that 6 was stock and that there wasn't a 10 disc option.  Think of it now though, I do believe there was an option for a 6 or 10 disc changer.  Hell, I don't know, lol.

Sounds to me like the bulbs in the display, or LEDs, are just burnt out.  It may be cheaper to replace or repair the display over finding another deck though.  Other decks will need a security code and they usually are coded for the original VIN.

The deck would have to be compatible with the changer.  Then you would have to track down the din cable too to make the changer work off the aftermarket HU changer controls.
This process of keeping the stock changer and using an aftermarket HU is usually a difficult one because of how the components are made to mate with stock components.
