If you got them installed at a shop, they could also have overtorqued the wheel studs, that never helps with breaking in new brakes.

Just a follow up to the vibrations.  I purchased new rotors, and heat cycled them and my nightmare is now over.  Thanks to everyone for your knowledge and willingness to help.  I really appreciate it.

yes warped rotors... at a certain speed they start to make the wheel vibrate... and also.. it could be your alignment.

yeah i had to change my routers when it was shaking too.. but apparently they melted onto the axle shaft or some crap and i had to replace those too, pretty expensive
