Could'nt find any pics for the Ralliart, but it shold look the same as a normal 08 GTS.
So don't expect that bad ass front bumper, fender scoops, and hood scoop.

I know.
Every answer of mine pertains to the evo.

And if you read right, you'd notice dusty asked about the lower end version of the evo, the lancer ralliart edition.

definatly some WRONG information here.

first, it wont be out until spring of next year.   It will not have a CVT, but rather a VW style "dual clutch" DSG trans (which is good, because its the best trans on the planet).
it will have mitsus new Super All Wheel Control (best AWD on the planet).
It will have a manual as an option, but no one knows if it will be a 5 or 6 speed (as though it really matters, as the DSG is much better).
it will be a 2.0 liter 4B11 engine, rumored to be around 300-320 hp.
the aluminum suspension/brembo brakes are obviously stock.
price is yet unknown, but rest assured it will be more than the current one.  Rumors of 40k are probably close.
They're still in engineering phases, so dont get too excited.  Its gonna be a while.

and by the way... everything that i know and have heard goes with what many brews is saying regarding the evo x. except for the release date... i havent heard anything about that... hopefully ittl be a 5 speed... cuz all those gear changes make you lose time when dragging. ya kno?

i  found some great info on this... edmunds.com says 320hp and 325 tq cool huh?

http://www.mobilemag.com/content/100/359/C11259/

http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/FVDP/Preview/styleId=100564097

also... on edmunds.com... it compares the evo's awd wit the evo x super awd (that is f$^&* tight!)

http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Features/articleId=109902

hope this helps.

dont count on it.

early next year is much more realistic.   the year is half over already and they havent even gotten to production engineering yet.
figure on at least 6 months to get the car finished, the line going, production up and at acceptable quality levels, and then shipped halfway around the world for delivery.
