it should but remember the spyder body is diffent...as in wieght etc...

That's not necessarily true. The "off the shelf" Skunks should be 560 lbs front/rear. You can get the springs in whatever weight combo you want. Point is, make sure that he bought off the shelf and not custom ordered. Another thing, off the shelf Skunks are very tight on an RS/GS. As long as YOU get adjustable shocks the ride should be fairly smooth (as smooth as coilovers are). I have a set on my car right now and it's not as crappy as people bitch about....bunch of whiners, lol.
