carbons dont last very long anyway, for $3k it should though.   The SD versions are only rated to hold up to 450ft.lbs you might have been running that version.  the HD is rated over 500ft.lbs  I am not going to go with the carbon everyone I kno who has used a carbon clutch has only used it for very very short time and had them give up on them

FOG I read somewhere that a few of the ACT clutchs do cause the tranny to not shift.  I read i on EvoM they called it lock out and the stock clutch does it as well as a few other aftermarkets.  they were saying shifts higher than 7800 would lock at times if not every time.

Thanks guys for the repies. Yeah I heard the carbon clutches are nice but you gotta burn them up a bit to get them hot so it grabs hard, but 3k for a clutch that wont last nahhhh not for me.
