well guys my headlights are stuck open, and latly they have been making a really loud clicking sound when i either turn them on or off. does anyone know how to get my headlights to work properly?? thanks.

i dont think it make a clicking noise if it was seized up....i think it is not hook up to the motor right

seized up means it is frozen in place and would not make noise...it just would not work at all and not hear nothing

u just put the other lights on right....take it off and check it again..

it worked before right before u put the corner lens on?

I wasnt sure that these used actual 'motors' per se, I thought they used a vacuum type situation like Corvettes do. BUt, if so, and its making a grinding noise... my first guess would be that something is stripped. Likely due to time and or someone or something sitting on the headlight when it was trying to open.

They've always been stuck open since i bought the car. but they just started making that clicking noise shortly after i put on the clear corners.
