I can get my hands on a pretty much brand new Garrett T3/T4 Turbo (ran twice) for $100 with a downpipe and E-Manage and it has an internal wastegate.  What are the disadvantages of and IWG and the advantages.  And can i still use a BOV

Advantages are that its cheaper... disadvantages it can cause boost creep on big turbos... like yours.

An internal wastegate has nothin to do with BOVs

what turbo is this that is internally gated. As far as i know i thought all the t3/t4's were external. Do you have a link. Also boost creep means that if your internal wastegate is too small then it cant handle all the exhaust gases comming in and basically begin to bypass the wastegate and run more boost than the wastegate is supposed to allow.

^^^ thats what i couldnt be botherd to explain. The boost 'creeps' up....Its common on the EVO III 16g with the 32mm internal gate.
