okay 1st off that is the cyber 1 or shogun bodykit
I have a cyber 2 bodykit you can see it in my signature
I will agree having a kit is a giant pain
I have had mine a year and a 1/2 right now and I am currently rocking a cracked sideskirt and front bumper.
My car is lowered 2.2 inches int the front and 1.8 inches in the rear.
I am looking to get my kit fixed and repainted right now.
As far as JDM headlights I have those as well
there is modifications required to make them fit the car.
Do you have an 99-01 or 02-03?
for 99-01s the radiator has to be angled back, and some the radiator support needs to be beat up a bit
also a JDM grille is required, as the JDM headlights are longer than the USDM ones, and the USDM grille is longer than the JDM grille.
02-03 I have heard that the grille doesn't need to be changed.
You also need to rewire the headlights.  The USDM headlights have 1 bulb for highs and lows and the JDM have 1 for each, pretty simple though.
Also depending on whether you get a JDM or USDM fit kit, the headlights might fit differently.
Also the body kit if you get a JDM fit, it needs a lot of work to get it to fit properly.
JDM tails are pretty straight forward as well.  They bolt right up, but they have 4 bulbs, where the USDM ones have 3 bulbs, so basically you just gotta tap in for that extra bulb.
The VIS CF hoods and Trunks are also made for the JDM galants
and need some work to get them to sit properly on the galant.
I have been through all this already.  So I am definitely a good person to talk to.
besides the kits that you see on EBAY
there are also JDM front, and rear bumpers and side skirts, which you can get as well.
Those have to be imported though.
They are also plastic, just like the stock bumpers, and don't crack like fiberglass will
Check out www.thegalantcenter.net
you will find a lot of helpful information geared specifically towards the car that you have

now if only if there was an answer like that in the beginning....IMO id go with dustys idea....lower the car a bit....it gives it a meaner stance and improves handling....but if u stil want a body kit....go with a lip kit
