Intake is first then BOV, boostguage, MBC, Exhaust then fuel(Larger injectors fuel pump etc.) and fuel tuning and maybe some ecu tuning, and the rest depends on what size turbo and what year the car is and what kind of turbo. If you tell us what turbo you have in mind we will be able to to tell you more.

Probably around 280, but it doesn't matter that much, torque is what matters the most you'll probably get in the low 300's, and if you have the money you might wanna go with a big 16g or like the EVOIII 16g. Because this turbo is not made for more top end power, its just like the t25 but more powerful. But it depends on your budget and what you want.
