I appreciate your help. Would have cut the chase some if you would have explained all I needed to do was remove the cover, take out the two screws and loosen the retaining ring.  That is all I wanted to know.  Got it done, needed repacking but the bearings looked fine as you said.

So how did you get those 2 screws out of the bearing? Our passenger side bearings are so loose you can rock the wheel sideways while the truck is in park, and it shakes like a bad washing machine going down the road. I can only assume it's the bearings.  

I may have to get an impact wrench to get the screws out.
