hello people,
i just bought a 1997 diamante and having toooooo much trouble with it. the history is, that the car was sitting almost the whole winter. i brought it to the shop had a diagnostic check (50$) all they said was, that the car needed a major tune up, which they did (400$). After couple days the check engine light went on and the engine started hesitaten. when the car is sitll cold i have no problems driving it. ok, brought it back to the shop, they made another diagnostic check - showed p0300. misfiring.. they also saw that oil is leaking through the sparke plugs. he said that MAY cause the misfiring, he said that i would need a new value gasket, so the oil will stop leaking (220$). My question is, is that not too much money and that he said MAY cause the problem.
another thing is, that i can't change my sidemirros, my windshield wipers is just working on 1 step and my radio won't come one. ah! and i can't see no light on my dashboard for my gears... after gear 3 u will see a light, but p, r, d is not working....
help, help.....
