silvercoup= i dont haae a digital msd thing, and i dont understand about the whole wire thing... case ine just has 1 wireing harnesss that plugs in it.. lol

i got a ohm meter and i was told i got put it on rx1.. then touch one needle on a coil.. and the other on the middle prong of the mreing harness connecter.. it didnt do anything,.. but when i touch both on the coil itself then it went to like .52 and stuff but all of them did... but that not the right way right... do i have to have all plug wires detached.. or waht

u guys think it needs timming... and my fuel relay dont kick on when the key goes to on... so idk..

One thing at a time bro.  You need spark so let's troubleshoot that first or all of this will just be one big jumble.

You still won't be able to start it because you don't have spark.  You've already stated that your plugs were soaked with fuel right?  So if you're getting fuel and no spark, it's an issue with your ignition system.  If you're not getting fuel but ignition (which you're clearly not), then it's an issue with your fuel delivery system and that's an easy check, but since you are getting fuel, why troubleshoot that again?
The ignition system has nothing to do with fuel delivery.  They are only connected in parallel (injectors) with the crank/cam angle sensors.
