are you seriously asking these quesions?  How do you not know any of the answers already?  do yourself the favor and take 5 minutes and use the search button and youll know the answers to these.  I am not trying to be a prick but come on now dude the Evo has been around for almost 2 decades now.

considering you have a gst eclipse, and are around the ball park of dsm. I figure you would already know the basics atleast?

but i'm no one to redicule anyone, so before asking such general question, try using the search option. It's highly useful and saves members on this forums alot of time.

hope you find what your looking for

good L

Lol, Gus.  You're such the politically correct member compared to the rest of us, lol.

Seriously, Atown....these questions are really, really, really nooby.  As in just getting into cars...today.  They are embarrassing questions too.  I'm really not one to pick on anyone, but...WOW!
Your inner monologue has spoken too loudly and typed.  My suggestion to you is after googling your questions to not even reply back to this thread of yours.  Put it behind you and move on.

wow man... i'm not gonna rag on you but... wow.   you want an EVO but you don't know anything other than they are AWD?   the EVO is the premier car to buy if you are looking for a solid base platform for seriosu power.    if you search around for evo's that pppl have you will see that basically anything under 400-500whp is... well... basicall just puney lol.     the IX's take mods like a champ.    there is no other car i've ever heard of that can take a TBE, boost controller and a flash tune and be 330whp... that's just REDICULOUS MADNESS.   you shoudl really do some research before jumping into a 25k+ car....
