I think Mitsubishi might just have a hit on their hands with our new Outlander.  Here is yet another positive review from Velocity.

Good review. A few typos though. ;)

Looking at the pictures make me wish I had black interior though. :(

The black isnt all that, it always looks like it needs a good vacuum and dust...the day after youve vacuumed and dusted    Microfiber and a freshly groomed dog dont mix, it looked like the dog exploded.

Black on Beige leather here, no regrets either. I already have enough work to keep the exterior clean :)

All black interiors are a bitch to keep up, most of my cars have had it and I used to have a white cat.... I dread vet days.

I preferred the black interior..mostly because of the door..it thought it was too much beige...if it was two toned, then I might have went with it.

I am in the same boat as bnilguy. The beige door seems like not much is going on. Kind of bland. I guess it is better than being too busy.

I love my black interior. Yea you can cook an egg on it if you leave it in the sun but thats why they made towels and sun visors. Plus if you still something on black it doesnt show like it would on tan.

Here is the best review I have seen yet.  It is exactly the conclusion I came to when doing my shopping and comparing between several manufacturers.

We have the black on black and a Husky.  Granted the dog is limited to the back but it's easy enough to keep clean.  Seats are never hot because of the tinted films we had installed.  These really help in keeping cool  and preserving the interior.
