I have a SMC Alcohol kit in my 2005 Evo VIII. What do i need to do to know what it will run best with? Do i need to hook it up to a laptop? Im running a 50/50 of Water and Denatured Alcohol. Will plugging a laptop in help me find what it will run best with?

Hey Bro,
Keep an eye on that kit!!!! I was running one of those for like 2 years with no problem on straight methanol. Then all of a sudden, it started pumping meth when I turned the key on. It filled my cylinders with liquid and it blew out my head gasket. I had to have my block sleeved to be sure there were no cracks in it and luckly, my head wasnt warped. But it cost me like $3,600 in damages from an SMC kit. If your tank starts emptying faster than normal, BEWARE !!!!  '03 EVO VIII 624whp
