The best place is a junkyard.  Companies like Magnus motorsports, Extreme Motorsports, and DSMotorsports sell stage 1 blocks to full race blocks, but you need a core exchange.  Their stage one blocks also go for like $600(with core exchange) so if you're on a budget...not the best place.  Just stick with your 420a and get a hahn or star turbo kit.  You have no idea of how hard it is to swap in a 4g63.  People have been trying since 1995 and have just given up because it's too hard.

People with a lot of money decided it cost too much and people with engine knowledge decided it was too hard.

You'll not only need an engine, you'll need a tranny, ecu, axles, sub support....pretty much a whole donor car.  These cars aren't like honda's or chevy's, engine swaps are hard, complex, expensive and there is no kit to help you.  It's unreasonable to do an engine swap with a 420a and 4g63.  If you want swap an engine into you're non turbo, go ahead and just put in a cadi v8.  It just may be easier than swapping in 4g63.  Now if you had a *spyder* gs, things would be way different.
