Tried the alldatadiy.com procedure for replacing the fuel filter. I got under the montero to find the fuel pump and disconnect it to release the pressure. The fuel pump is not easy to get to. Wether or not you need to drop the fuel tank to access the fuel pump connector is not clear so I called the help desk and find out what I was missing. Found out that you need to pay the full membership (non-DIY) to get any clarification on some of their incomplete procedures. Don't the DIY's need some help now and then too?
