My son has a 2000  Eclipse that we bought last week with about 105,000 miles on it wih a non DOHC engine. We changed the oil yesterday and now we have a lifter tick but it sounds like more than one. I think it maybe a pluged lifter/lifters is this a commen problem?? I'm a GM guy and I don't know much about these cars. Help please. Thanks!!!!

yeah its probably lifter tick, my friend had a 2000 eclipse and hes got it, i had it on my 93. i would have to say that most of the cars have lifter tick. kinda common
