Isnt a DSM a car made by the Diamond-Star Motors.... Wasnt the 3kgt/stealth made by them? Im guessing.... If im wrong then im sorry for my ignorance....  Goober.... AHHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHA LMFAO.... Thats funny silver

Yeah, but the Diamond-Star Motors plant was in Normal, Illinois.  From what I can tell, the 3KGT was initially made in

That's all I know about it's roots.  I can tell you that the T/E/L, Avegner, Sebring, and Galant, were the only vehicles to come out of the DSM plant.  The T/E/L cars are the only ones considered DSMs though as they were the only ones to receive the DSM powerplant.  The others are just cousins.

What's wrong with "goober", lol.  That way I can call you a name and at the same time have you know that it's just playful banter

i always considered them a dsm.. i didn't realize it mattered where they were made.. since they got the diamonds on the front.. hmm oh well. they're still dsm's in my heart
