there is no waiste of $$$$$ for the Evo. All performance mods yeild huge gains on the Evos just keep up on maintanence

every month something would break on my audi ....

every 2 weeks my turbo would leak .....

im so excited to get the evo but again only in feb. =/

but im alredy saving on onother account for an exhaust and maybe for suspension ...

ps. my friend had a vw like that thing looked good and it was fast didnt know wat he had on the motor because he only stayed with the car for about 4 months ..

IMy sugestion if you do any mods for performance at first dont buy suspension untill you do this check list first.

If it is an Evo8

Turboback exhaust
boost controller
Walbro 255lph fuelo pump
and BOV other than the stock one since it leaks really bad
intake and intercooler pipes if you want BOV noise and louder spool sounds.
and most importantly a mail in flash or road tune

man, i havnt even had a ride in his evo yet and now youll get one before me, haha...jk. Welcome. His evo really is amazing. Also have you driven one yet or are you just going on what youve heard about them, and the looks. Cuz they really ride awesome

No i never driven one .. never got the chance all i do is work .... besides i never went to look for one, i saw one on route 16 in everett white with gold rims thing was sick i just love that car the sound everthing i asked the guy how much and he told me 27k so i said okay and walked away so i go home and then i try to look for one in autotrader and i see the same evo for 19,999 it had 35k i was so mad .. but yeah im pretty sure it does ride awesome......

EMonz sorry to be asking but is that NESpeed just a lil thing youa nd your bud created or its a club that you started for good ??

Little bit of both I guess. My buddy keith started a club and it called New England Speed (NESpeed) but it is more like a work shop name now. We did all the work on my Evo. It was at one time bone stock. Same thing with his RX-7.

2 months from start to finish but that s because I was waiting for a few weeks inbetween for parts. otherwise it is about a week or twos worth of work
