RE: can you turbo a 3000gt non turbod engine ? - 8/12/2007 8:49:31 PM    3000gtman   Posts: 136 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline you can pretty much turbo any car you want to. the thing is, it'll cost you a lot of money and the non turbo engine isn't made for it. the 3000gt n/a engine has to high of a compression. adding a turbo will only make it worse. i would recomend not doing it and to save your engine from blowing. look into a vr4 conversion. if you have a 5 speed setup then it'll be easier and cheaper. as long as you keep the car fwd (in reply to bmvardar33) Post #: 2

Your better off forgetting the turbo for this car and save for a new car if you want something faster.
