quick car.... yea.   you can take older style neons, 6 cyl mustangs, hang w/ 6 cyl cameros, and ricer honda's.... i know i used to have a "quick" one also.  if you rode in just a 200whp car you would see.

I'm not trying to get wise.... this is me using common sense about a car that has 140hp that is pushing 2855lbs.   it's slow.  and it wouldn't be all that bad if the 420a took mods better than a honda fit.... i had AEM Cai, OBX racing header, obx racing hfc, thermal R&D catback, venom 400 chip, greddy grounding kit, egr blockoff and port and polished throttle body and put down 111whp on a mustang dyno.  yes they are slow unles you put 3-4k into them.

please, by all means... type what you were going to say.  i'm labled an asshole from time to time but the only thing i am is straight up.    if what you had to say about speed is that i've only driven slow cars than you are partially correct.  i know what quick is, i know what fast is and the 420a is neither... you have to spend over 3k just to get the POS motor to hold 300whp. then its time to dump more in it.

Becoming the reason ive said in just about every single thread having to do with GSX/GST to RS/GS ive said, im going to attempt to buy a gsx or gst some time soon, BUT in my personal opinion which i dont think you read what i meant and took it correctly, i said for a GS its quick, Not meant sitting next to a 5.0 or a GSX would be quick, i meant in 420a terms, its quick. And what i said before is ill make sure i hit you up when im "worthy" of going fast when i get rid of the 420a.

i guesss you and i just have different opinions of being fast.... anything in the 12.5-13.5 area i concider quick, anything in the low 12's - 10's i concider fast and anything under than i don't really follow b/c that becomes non street driveable... so i guess just a clash of different opinoins.    but seeing how the RS and GS are high 15-16 second cars i concider them extremely slow

Yeah again like i said, in terms of the 420a its quick, read again cause you must not have caught that.

Anyway ill shut up now cause this will never end, your point is your point and mine is mine, thanks.

i'm not tryin to get in a pissing match either man.... i understand what you mean "for a 420a" b/c the same could be said about mine but i was simply making the point that even if you have a 420a at 120-140WHP it's still slow at the end of the day... that was all.  no biggie.    when are you hoping/planning on getting a gst or gsx?

For the record, XF, Rons prolly one of the most knowledgeable guys here, especially when it comes to that motor. He wasnt trying to downplay your car, man.
