Alright here goes. I have a 1995 Montero SR 3.5 I just sent the ECU out to be tested they told me it works perectly yet, the truck won't start. Doesn't even turn over. Battery is charged, ECU was in originally, all wires connected. Totally lost. Anyone have any suggestions? I didn't give much info cuz I don't know what to give, ask away and maybe I can answer. Never owned an SUV. Had a Diamante, that's it though for Mits's. ANYTHING would be appreciated.

maybe you could start by telling us the basics.
does it have spark?  Fuel pressure?  compression?  Or are you all hoping we could guess at the 100 or so things that could cause a car to not start?

could be a number is issues, if it doesn't even turn over, could be the starter.  Put a wrench or something on the crank bold and see if the engine turns over by hand.

check starter at auto zone

So we all know that the supercharged engines need the intake bypass valve so they work in reverse. Otherwise the supercharger would just suck all the air out of the cylinder
