Whats so retarded about it?

I have 19s on my Galant, I think as well as everyone I meet and who sees it likes it.

JChris,

You can do 20s rather easily nowadays.  I would recommend a 235/30-20 or a 225/35-20 though with either size on the Eclipse it will require rolling the rear fenders to give you the needed clearance.  As long as you get the proper offset you would not rub any suspension components.

Personally I'd recommend a 20x7.5" wheel with a +40 - +46mm offset wrapped in 235/30-20 Pirelli P-Zero Neros.

Lets see... reducing the ride comfort... making yourself look like a prick... reducing the handling capabilities... and a massive price tag... and tires cost a fu ck load... .sure... why not get 20s?

I know you are proud of your title but just because YOU think it looks like a** doesn't mean everyone else does.  You should probably get over your own ego and give some useable advice.  You know something other than "OMFG yOu ArE rEtArdEd wItH 20z yo!"

Its obvious that you actually don't understand tire dynamics and what happens when you shorten the tire sidewall.  I have 35series tires on my wheels.  They are 235/35-19 BFG KDWs, they ride great, they handle even better.  I can barely tell the difference between the stock 16s and my 19s.
