I got the turboXS standard boost controller, and I just recieved my boost gauge today, Im thinking that 16 pounds would be good, taking into mind the possibilityl of A boost spike.  I read about A lot of people setting it at 15 pounds, which dosen't seem like it would help very much as the stock setting is 14 pounds? What should I do? Pinser55538041.6419907407

But I have a 2g and I was running about 17 for a while and had no problems, but I did upgrade my fuel pump ( a must with 2g if doing any mods) and I have a A/F gauge to watch things to make sure I dont run lean as well, you need one of those as well.

screw the A/F gauge.  I have one and want to sell it.  get a S-AFC, new pump and some bigger injectors.  otherwise setting your boost up will not help.  NOT enough fuel mix.  another thing... do you have a bigger turbo?  im runnin just the stock t-25 right now, and only at about 12.  Not at the track yet, but 12 is plenty for daily.  I wouldn't go much over 15, 17 is about max with a stock turbo.  and yes, watch out for spike and creep, you set your boost up and if you don't have your car tuned right, soon you will be up around 19 and thats no good.  I've had some problems with spiking, but I keep my boost around 12 or 13 and I still feel comfortable.
