hey i have an RS and i want to drop the 4G63 block in but i dont know where to find just the block i want to build it on my own with aftermarket parts, can anyone help me?

should be able to find one online somewhere, try ebay or mitsubishijunkyard.com, but your basicly gonna need new everything that has to do with the engine.......... probly be cheaper and easier to sell the rs and buy a gst or gsx

this is a good option but if you have alot of time on your hands and the right tools for the price differance between a rs and a gst or gsx buying a totaled gsx or gst and riping everthing out of it along with getting head and block overhuled it might just be cheeper and more reliable.

if you still need a block go to www.****s.com they should be able to help you find it or just about anything you can think of for the 1st gen and 2nd gen eclipse

you will also need a difrent tranny or so i've heard i've never actualy done the swap

Go to paeco.com They sell differant stages of engines from reliable street to full out race motors as tough as you want them and they're not horribly priced for what you're getting. They have a lot of nice stuff you don't see many places.
