Looking good, I think the hood deflector is a nice addition as is the hexomat cargo mat. I am not too fond of the seat covers, but maybe that is because I like my leather seats too much :)

The seat covers aren't too bad... I like the stock seats, but am worried about durability and smell if you sit in them when you are all dirty and stinky like...

So where did you get them and how much?

And re: the grill... look on the bright side... it's pretty small, and now the next thing that gets broken or dented won't bother you as much.

The seat covers are the same ones as here:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/Custom-Seat-Covers-for-MITSUBISHI-OUTLANDER-2007_W0QQitemZ140153196648QQihZ004QQcategoryZ33702QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

After a muddy mountain bike ride, it's nice not to have to worry too much about the seat fabric.

The plastic piece is very small.  Still, it's the first bit of damage that hurts the most.
