t4 turbo

i'm checking out this turbo and i was wondering if it would be a good upgrade from the stock turbo? i was also told that i won't pass smog because of the manifold. is that correct? if a car comes turbo charge and is upgraded, no matter what kinda turbo you throw on it, it should pass smog right? o yea this is the link to the sale http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/414259976.html

No... Get an EVO III 16g. Much better.

You wont find all of that stuff cheaper anywhere else.. You will get better quality though.. But for that price you cant compare anything to it really.. Looks like an ebay setup which you should always be carefull with.
