So the other day im headed down a road to my girlfriends house, its got some heavy traffic on certain days around like 3 or 4 when people start heading out from work. So im headed down the street, 4 lanes, 2 each way, i was in the passing lane Following a town work truck and behind him (in front of me) was a caddy. A good 40 feet back in the slow lane was a gold 00 grand am. So the town worker slows down to make a sudden turn and the caddy jams his brakes a good 20 feet in front so i check where pontiac boy is, slow down fast and make a turn into the slow lane, as im turning he ****in gasses it and trys flying by me so i locked up my brakes and he locks his up about 6 inches from me, veers off the road and goes head on with a tree next to the car wash. So i waited at the motorcycle shop about 50 feet away (the closest building with a telephone) after i called the cops, They come, tow the car, the kid leaves, the cops leave, so i said **** it and left. Now the story is i purposly ran him off the road, so basically im gonna have to go to court and explain what happened and hopefully some witnesses will come forward for me, cause my insurance is already WAY up there anyways. Just thought id share this cause im bored as hell.

Oh and by the way, im going to look at a gst this weekend so wish me luck, i hope its nice.

Did the cops issue anybody a citation or blame anyone in particular for the accident.

Nah, the cop was actually on my side when i went to the station to talk, he said "im not gonna site you for anything, techinically i should for passing in the slow lane but i wont cause he was doing the same thing as you were, and i doubt he'll win if it goes to court" so im hoping it gets sorted out cause im not having my insurance rise even more, i already pay 350 a month so im not lookin for more lol.

Damn dude your insurance is high.  I doubt they will be able to hold you at fault since there were not citations issued.  Usually if someone gets a ticket in the accident the insurance will hold that person at fault.  At least from my experiance.  Im still dealing with a car accident right now and ive been fighting with the insurance company for about a month.
