Hey everybody,

I'm new to the forum and have actually only had my 2003 Eclipse Spyder GTS for a few months.  In the few months that I've had it, however, parts of the windshield frame have gone from black to grayish-white and are almost completely faded.  I'm pretty sure this is a common issue because I've seen it on a lot of '03s (and then some...).  I looked at body part websites, but can't find the part, so I'm thinking that maybe that's just not a replaceable part.  Any suggestions on how to fix it?  Would painting do the trick?

Thanks!

I'm guessing your talking the black plastic or rubber surrounding, Rub hard with some armor all or if its really bad scuff with a scotch pad and flat black spraypaint, taping the edges.
