pill removal?

Evo2nv -> pill removal? (10/8/2007 2:04:24 PM)
I've seen/heard of removing the pill after having a reflash done and picking up 2lbs of boost. Can i remove it and gain more boost on a stock ecu or is it only meant to remove after the reflash.
