That car is like A Pace Car for Rally to be held in Japan. please check Auto Blog
They won't sell or make that for the average joe, just a show off for the consumer

I wanted to buy the Nossle spray cover by Folia-tec but they discontinue them.

Carbon hood too early to buy because they are expensive. if theres a lot makers of carbon fiber hood the price might go down.
