unless they do bug ya and find out that hes owned the car for 2 years now and is driving it around on the streets both unplated and uninsured then he is effed

so wait, on the 2 step u can only rev it to 8k if the clutch is in? im confused... so it bounces at 5500 when ur stopped and "idleing", but if ur "racing" it'll pass that 5500 up and rev up to 8k and bounce?
also how much did that cost and how exactly did you do it?? cause if u did it locally then i guess i'm in luck :-) lol

2-step = rev limiter when car is not moving and clutch is pressed in. the 2-step on woody's car i believe is at 5500 rpm's. this way when he launches it he wiill rev up to 5500 rpms and hold it there, eliminating the turbo lag.

the rev limiter is the same concept as a stock rev limiter. as long as he is moving, no matter what gear he is in, or if the clutch is in, it will not rev any higher then 8000 rpm's
