Is it possible to have the dealer to tighten the suspension or loosen it? Which is best?

How would you go about adjusting stock suspension? You would have to buy something aftermarket.

effing WOW... well ok for my stupid dealer..Last time i was worried about the clunking sound that i heard and brang my outtie in to check it out. So one of them told me that they will take care of it and told me they will loosing up the suspension in the back?? wtf?

so you guys said it can't be done, im about to go back and start b**ching about it...
