Dude read what I just said.   I doesnt work well if you need to tune the entire RPM band I.E. if you turbo it.   It works fine on NA mods because these mods only require you to tune high RPM range that is where the SAFC becomes usfull and can make you around 10 more WHP

The neo is the same with a few more goodies.  Im not so sure what extra it has from the II

I think it lets you tune in 200rpm incriments instead of 500. I could be wrong.

I think that is one of the features but im not possitive about anything else

Not really when ost people dont even use the 500 RPM range.   Most tuners tell you to tune threw a 1000 RPM range
